Terms Of Service
TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 12/05/24)
Woof Waste is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we”
or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and
commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern
the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire
us for, you are bound to these Terms.
The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility,
and other unknown outside influences.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
Woof Waste offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.
These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning, 2 X Per Week
and Seasonal Cleaning.
ACCESSING YOUR YARD
The Customer understands that if Woof Waste can’t access the area
needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will
be skipped and charges will still apply. Woof Waste suggests adding gate
combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we
come back, a $10 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.
WEATHER
Woof Waste will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely
do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high
winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow.
Woof Waste is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds
for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that
week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to
pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the
area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best
to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your
yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next
scheduled visit when things have dried out.
HOLIDAYS
Woof Waste does not provide services on Stat Holidays. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.
BILLING
Woof Waste pre bills monthly for our service. We require a credit card on file previous to your first service. Your account will be charged
on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service
for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If payment becomes more that 30
days late Woof Waste will turn your account over to collections.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job. If you move forward with monthly service after an initial cleanup, you will also be billed for the remainder of the month. Payments for recurring services are due on the first day of each month prior to receiving services. If payments are late you will be subject to a $10 late fee. If payment is not received before the first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule. The monthly fee is based on a 52-week calendar and averaged out over 12 months. For months with 5 weeks instead of 4, you will not be charged for the extra visit as it is built into the monthly pricing.

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that
maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The
customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a
yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be
some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get
anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive
amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at
info@woofwaste.com
ADDITIONAL FEES
The following are items we charge extra for:
Waiting- If you make us wait to perform your cleaning ($10/visit)

REVISIONS
Woof Waste provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,
which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be
effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you
visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our
Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the
provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or
notices published elsewhere on our site.
SHUT DOWN
We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.
LATE FEES
Late payment fee $10 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month.

Commercial Terms & Conditions
Common Area Cleaning:

Does not include: Micro debris (Cigarettes, needles, glass, etc), large items (bigger than scoop buckets), or hazmat materials.

We will not be able to clean pet waste that is covered by leaves, yard debris, or encased in ice.
Station Service:

Woof Waste will need keys to pet waste stations before servicing.

If station installation is delayed due to weather or supply chain issues, our team will clean around where the station is to be installed at the same cost until they arrive.

Final station locations must be approved in writing.
Notices:
-
Either party may cancel recurring service with 45 days written notice.

Woof Waste will provide 60 days written notice for any future price increases.
Billing:
-
One time/initial payment is due upon completion of this agreement.

Monthly invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month prior to services being completed. (Net 15)

Services completed during the first partial month will be added to the first monthly invoice.

Invoices that are more than 30 days past due may be subject to late fees and interest penalties.
Emergency Service:

Woof Waste may be able to provide extra service frequencies in the event of station vandalism, overflowing trash cans, or excess pet waste.

If an additional visit is required, Woof Waste will add the service charge on the next invoice.
Agreement Term:

This agreement will continue to renew on a monthly basis until canceled in writing by either party
